Construction homes for rent in Cork are on sale for the first time since the Irish Times started its campaign against construction in the city in the summer of 2015.
The construction sector is not a household name here, but there are some big names involved in it.
The first is Clayco, which has more than 20,000 residential units in Cork, the third largest city in Ireland.
Its main site is near the site of the former Dún Laoghaire Hospital, which is now the Cork National Hospital.
It has also developed a range of smaller residential developments, which are all owned by private individuals.
The company’s new construction home in Clonakilty is on the market for £11.7 million, making it the most expensive residential property in Cork.
It is located at the foot of the old Dúloughaire building, with a parking garage.
The price has been agreed by the owner of the property, Michael O’Connor.
He said the project has taken about four years to build.
“The new construction was one of the most difficult aspects of our development and we’re looking forward to getting it back on the ground and opening it up to the public again,” he said.
“We’re working on the site now and hopefully in the next couple of weeks we’ll be opening it to the community.”
The house, which will be fully accessible to the general public, will have three bedrooms and four bathrooms, and a terrace and kitchen.
It will have two terraces.
The property is also home to a range, including a guesthouse and a garage.
It has two full kitchens, and three separate bathrooms.
The owner said he did not want to speculate on whether the price was competitive with other residential developments in the area.
“It’s a project that has taken a long time to get right and we want to make sure that it’s a success,” he added.
